I write for children, for grown readers, and for the moments that refuse to remain only on the page. The form changes. The purpose does not: to create worlds people can enter, feel, and carry with them.

The family behind the stories
Every world began at home.
They were never placed inside the work. The work grew around them.
Mabelle, Mia, and Mateo are the life behind every form this work has taken. Becoming a husband and father taught me to listen differently and to notice wonder, silence, and the ordinary moments that later became books, stories, and songs.
Many of the stories began as real moments from our home.
One final thought
The story has only just begun.
